PAYMENT : All orders are shipped prepaid unless pre-approved otherwise. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AmEx. We also except payments through Pay-Pal. Company checks must be pre-approved. Net 15 may be available with prior approval. Bounced checks are subject to a $60 service fee. COD may be availablewith prior approval. ORDER DETAILS: Once an order has been placed it is the customers responsibility to verify that the details of the order are correct. This may be done by reviewing the order confirmation email that is received at time of ordering or by logging in to your account and reviewing your order history.If you are experiencing difficuly using our website due to your computer or your internet provider you may find adequate services availabel at the local library. SHIPPING : USPS ground shipping. Customer is responsible for any shipping upgrades ( no exceptions). Average turn around time (from placement of your order to shipping of your order) is 10-14 business days. We will try to work around any deadlines you may have. (rush service may be available on some orders, you must request it and there will be 10% added to your order) REFUNDS: Refunds will be in the form of store credit only. No exceptions. RETURNS: All returns must be made within ten days of the invoice date. All claims of shortages must be made within ten days of the invoice date. We accept NO returns on printed garments. No returns on custom dye-work or samples. All returns require an RA#. No exceptions. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
